Where does Factor deliver?
Factor currently delivers throughout the Netherlands, except for the Wadden Islands, and in Flanders, Belgium. Expansion plans are underway to ensure more regions can enjoy our delicious meals.
When does Factor deliver?
You can choose delivery on Sunday evening or Monday. Simply select your preferred delivery day and a time slot between 8 AM and 8 PM to suit your schedule.
How are my meals kept fresh during delivery?
Freshness and safety are our priorities when delivering to your home. Every order is packed in insulated boxes, ensuring your meals remain fresh and secure for hours.
What if you're not at home for Factor delivery?
No problem! You can add delivery instructions to your order. Whether you'd like the box left in the back garden, by the door, or with a neighbour, we’ll follow your preferences.
What are the delivery costs?
To guarantee your meals arrive fresh and in perfect condition, a delivery fee of €5.99 is applied to each order. This fee is automatically added at checkout.
How long do Factor stay fresh?
After delivery, your meals remain fresh for several days as long as they are stored in the fridge. Each meal comes with a ‘Best Before’ date, so you know exactly how long you can enjoy it. No waste, just great taste!
