Frequently asked questions about Factor

The most frequently asked questions about Factor's meals.
How do I heat my meals?

Our chefs always prepare the meals fresh, so you only have to heat them in the oven or microwave. So quick!

You will find the heating instructions on the packaging. What you can also do is click on the photo of the meal on our menu page, scroll down and click on 'view heating instructions'. If you heat your meal in the oven, we recommend that you place the packaging on a baking tray – convenient and safe when your food is hot. To the table.

Can I heat my meals in the oven?

Yes, of course. On the packaging of each meal you will find the heating instructions for both the oven and microwave. Because every model of oven and microwave is different, the heating times of a few minutes are general. Therefore, always check whether the meal is hot enough before you sit down at the table, because that is when they are at their tastiest.

Please note: we do not recommend heating the meals in a toaster oven.

Tasty meals to heat up require the best fresh ingredients without artificial colours, flavours and fragrances, unnecessary preservatives and other nonsense.
