Our team does its utmost to ensure that your fridge is stocked with the meals you order before 23:59 on the Wednesday of the week before your delivery date. And as efficient as our purchasing team may be, there is always a chance that, due to unforeseen circumstances, our chefs will not receive every ingredient for meal 'X' or 'Y'.
What happens when this is the case? Ideally, we don't want you to miss out on a meal. In situations like these, we prepare an alternative that aligns with your dietary preferences. We notify you via email about any changes before your box is delivered. The flavour is just as great, but please check the nutritional information and allergen list just in case.
In the rare instance that we cannot provide a suitable alternative to your meal, we will notify you by email and reimburse the cost of the meal that is missing.
