Do I Need to Be Home for Delivery?

Yes, ideally you should be at home when your box is delivered and we make it easy to plan for that. When placing your order, you can select a 5-hour delivery window. The day before delivery, you’ll receive a push notification with your delivery time (with a 30-minute margin). If you don’t open the notification on your phone, we’ll automatically send the same information by email. On delivery day, you can track your driver in real time via the track-and-trace link sent to you by both app and email.

If you really can’t be at home, the driver will try delivering to your neighbour. Just make sure you pick up your box as soon as possible and place all your low-salt ready meals straight in the fridge. Keep an ear out for the doorbell, if neither you nor your neighbour is home, the driver will take the box back.

How Long Do My Meals Stay Fresh?
Once delivered, your meals will stay fresh for several days, around a week, as long as you keep them in the fridge. Each one comes with a clear “Enjoy by” date, so you’ll know exactly how long you can savour it. No waste, all taste and with our low-salt ready meals, you can enjoy freshness and flavour while keeping your salt intake in check.
My Box Wasn’t Delivered. What Now?
Sometimes it happens that you and the driver miss each other. Next time, it’s helpful to keep an eye on the real-time status via the track-and-trace link. If the driver didn’t leave a note in your letterbox, just give us a call or reach out via our social channels (Instagram & Facebook) and we’ll see if there’s anything we can do.
