Can I customise my meals?

"Currently, you can build your own weekly box (or choose a frequency that suits you) full of fresh meals. However, during the preparation of the meals, our chefs cannot take specific ingredients or recipe customisations into account.

Online (via the app and website), you can always see the exact ingredients and nutritional information for each meal. If you have a meal with an unwanted ingredient in your basket, simply replace it with a meal that suits your preferences. Please submit these changes digitally before Wednesday evening at 11:59 PM, one week before the scheduled delivery day. After this deadline, you can no longer change your order as preparations will already be underway."

Are the meals fresh or frozen?

"Always fresh, always safe. That's our promise when delivering your box. To keep your order perfectly fresh and food-safe for hours, all meals are delivered in fully refrigerated delivery vans. We do not freeze our meals, so you can exclusively enjoy well-varied dishes that taste as if they came from your own kitchen.

Once your box is delivered, make sure to put your meals straight into the fridge. If you do this, you can enjoy top-quality meals for up to +/- 7 days (check the packaging for the exact use-by date)."

Can I freeze the meals?
All meals are freshly prepared by our chefs just before they are sent your way and are delivered to your home in refrigerated vans. This keeps your meals deliciously fresh. Once you've received your box, it's important to unpack it and put all the meals straight into the fridge. By doing this, you can enjoy them for up to a week. We advise against freezing, as this can negatively affect the quality of the meals.
