Our meals contain between 540 and 700 calories and average about 600 calories per serving. Exceptions to this rule are the meals labelled 'Calorie-conscious,' which generally contain between 450 and 550 calories, and keto meals, which are never more than 850 calories. This allows you always to know what you're eating and gives you control over your own health.
One meal = one person. You can assume that each serving contains at least 150 grams of vegetables, a maximum of 700 calories (except for keto meals, which include a maximum of 850 calories), primarily whole-grain products, healthy sources of protein, and healthy fats wherever possible. Each meal contains different ingredients and, therefore, has different nutritional values. The nutritional value for each meal can be found online and on the packaging. Add to that the fact that a team of dieticians designs each meal, and you can be sure that what you eat fits in with your taste and menu preference.

A combination is always possible. Moreover, we allow ourselves to be inspired by international cuisines from all over the world so we can continue to delight with our varied menus.
