Our Ingredient Philosophy Applied
Developed by dieticians

Our meals follow strict nutrition and ingredient guidelines – designed by credentialed dieticians
Factor's meals are largely composed according to the official nutrition recommendations in the Netherlands. They contain at least 150 g of vegetables, generally no more than 700 calories, mainly whole grains, balanced sources of protein, unprocessed meat or vegetarian options, and as many good fats as possible. The exception is keto meals, which have more calories, fewer carbohydrates and more fat. We also limit the use of salt.
These guidelines inform our chefs during the development of each meal. After new meals are created, our dietitians review and approve the ingredients and overall nutrition. Working alongside chefs, they continuously refine the taste and nutrition of our recipes based on customer feedback.
